Position: Retail – Sales Assistant

Type: Full Time

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with key developers and landlords.
• Enrich Beijing Retail’s developer, landlord and distributors contact list.
• Generate revenue through maintaining existing business and through identifying new opportunities.
• Assist and support Senior Sales Manager with any meeting follow-up.
• Organize and manage client site visit.
• Ensure signing all tenancy agreements run smoothly.
• Deliver after-sales service to clients.

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience, either working or studying, in an international environment required.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
• Strong MS Office skills (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Interest in building a career in the retail industry.
• Ability to work well in sensitive and high-pressure situations; Willingness to face difficult challenges independently with a strong attention to detail; Must have a positive, self-motivated, and pro-active attitude.
