Maintain and develop relationships with key developers and landlords.
Enrich Beijing Retail’s developer, landlord and distributors contact list.
Generate revenue through maintaining existing business and through identifying new opportunities.
Assist and support Senior Sales Manager with any meeting follow-up.
Organize and manage client site visit.
Ensure signing all tenancy agreements run smoothly.
Deliver after-sales service to clients.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience, either working or studying, in an international environment required.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
Strong MS Office skills (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Interest in building a career in the retail industry.
Ability to work well in sensitive and high-pressure situations; Willingness to face difficult challenges independently with a strong attention to detail; Must have a positive, self-motivated, and pro-active attitude.
