For 18 years, Hariette Liu has been working with foreign companies in China and has a deep understanding of their needs. As a Chinese entrepreneur, Hariette can adapt to many different styles of management, detecting customers’ needs and responding accordingly.

For the past 9 years, Hariette has been in charge of her own companies in China. Indispensible to many, Hariette has won several outstanding service awards. Hariette is fluent in Chinese and English.

Jean-Baptiste Audran manages the Beijing Retail team. JB Audran comes from a European real estate family specializing in retail consulting (F&B, Clothes).

JB Audran first arrived to Asia in 2000, and after completing his M.B.A. with Staffordshire University as an exchange student at Beiwai University in Beijing, he has become an expert in the real estate market in China.

Originally from Beijing, Paul spent 4 years in France studying international affairs (Institut d’administration des enterprises). After some experience working with foreign retailers in Beijing, Paul joined the team. Paul is fluent in Chinese, English, and French.

Eric Hu

Eric Hu is the team’s on-the-ground point person. Open-minded, well-organized, and professional, Eric helps brands open new shops in Beijing as well as entering in contact with local distributors.

With 7 years of real estate experience in China (both residential and commercial relocation), Eric came to Beijing over 10 years ago. His extensive experience across the real estate industry as well as the number of successfully signed deals makes him a treasure trove of real estate investment knowledge.

Camille Qin

Javier Hernandez

As the team’s main accounting and financial advisor, Javier Hernandez is an international lawyer with accreditation in Europe (U. Carlos III, Spain), North America (Washington College, USA), and Asia (Tsinghua University, China).

In his 9 years in China, Javier has had experience working with both SMEs and MNC. Javier enjoys helping companies establishing and expanding in China find solutions to legal obstacles.

Youssef Baccouche

Youssef Baccouche handles all insurance-related matters (both personal and commercial) for a number of the Groups clients.

For the past 4 years, Youssef Baccouche has been a senior sales advisor for a large insurance brokerage company. With a background in law and economics, Youssef has a master knowledge of the rules and regulations for insurance policies in Mainland China. Youssef is also specialized in personal and commercial insurance policies applicable to both staff and premise insurance.
